Look to us to provide the services you really need. Our admissions team will work quickly with providers to ensure your stay at BCHCC. Recovery swiftly with our therapy staff and 24-hour nursing care!
long-term care
We provide bariatric programs, a restorative nursing program, and memory care support for Elders and their families as long-term members of Bent County Health Care Center. Living at BCHCC means high quality care for each individual from personalized rooms to activities catered to unique preferences. From our large kitchen and dining room to our newly remodeled courtyard for movie nights and barbecues, we hope everyone feels welcomed and at home during their time with us.
We accept Private Pay, Aetna, Humana, UHC, Medicare, Medicaid and most Long Term Care insurances. We appreciate veterans and contract with the VA!
Alzheimer and Dementia Care
Memory Lane, a neighborhood within our home, specializes in high-quality and compassionate dementia care. Personalized therapies and activities are designed to enhance the physical, mental and cognitive capabilities of our Elders.
Therapy
Through our partnership with Rehab Solutions, we are able to meet most therapy needs. Included are physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We also offer pet therapy, aroma therapy, and massage therapy.
Hospice Care
When any family first hears about hospice and life-limiting illness, it’s always a difficult time. In these challenging moments, it’s important to know that you have an option that can help your loved one get the most out of life and live as fully and as comfortably as possible. Our hospice care is centered around the entire family. We provide a team that focuses on individual care while offering your family all the support and help that’s needed.
